The club will hold its AGM at the Valley Club on Thursday the 11th of March, starting at 6:30pm.
We encourage you all to attend.
Hutt are seeking a volunteer to co-ordinate Sponsorship and Marketing in the lead up to our Centenary Celebrations. This involves compiling regular newsletters, player profiles and assisting in gaining sponsorship and placing advertisements in local and national publications. The Hutt Hockey Club AGM is coming up on the 11th March and we are now calling for nominations for the following positions;
President
Treasurer
Secretary
Mens Club Captain
Womens Club Captain
Committee Members – we are specifically looking for people with skills in the following. Marketing, Accounting, Fund raising, Junior Hockey, Equipment/uniform coordinator.
All nominations must be sent to Andy Jensen (andy.jensen@xtra.co.nz 0212925108), by the 9th March. In the event of 2 or more people being nominated for a position, a vote will be taken at the AGM which will then be binding. All nominees are asked to attend the AGM or if they cannot attend give a brief written description of why they are the best person for the role.
Prizegiving was held on the 10th of October and was a fun night for everybody.
